Hi, I’m Martin Pastor, also known as The Mortgage Dad. As a husband, father of four, and experienced mortgage loan officer, I know how important it is to create stability for your family through homeownership. That’s why my mission is simple: make home loans clear, stress-free, and achievable.

 

With a strong background in real estate investing and years in mortgage lending, I’ve helped countless families achieve their dreams of homeownership through FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, and down payment assistance programs such as CalHFA and GSFA.
