My name is Samuel Okenyi Jr.
I am a Loan Officer with Western Pioneer Financial, and have been in and around the industry of real estate and finance for around 15 years. I have done everything from Selling as an agent where I sold over 100 homes my first 2 years as a realtor, to working with local investors to find and flip homes.
2020 was a highlight year for me in my career. I Funded $60MM while maintaining my purchase business at 75% of my overall production in the middle of a refi boom. I was 1st at my bank in their #1 region, and 3rd overall at the bank only in volume but not units.
My passion is people, I love building relationships with my partners and clients and helping them reach their goals. This has become the driving force for me in my life, and what fuels me everyday in my business.
I love being a Father to my two beautiful children Madison and Samuel III, I am passionate about learning and personal development. I am an avid reader and am constantly learning new things. I am a huge sports fan, the Raider, Lakers, and Dodgers!!! I am a Sci-fi Nerd anything along those lines, and I watch movies all the time!
