Steven Michel-Flores is a mortgage broker at SPM Mortgage in Fresco, California with over 4
years of experience. Born and raised in the area, Steven is passionate about helping individuals
and families achieve their real estate dreams. He prides himself on his ability to adapt to the
ever-changing markets and his ability to guide his clients through the mortgage process. For
Steven, there is nothing more rewarding than hearing from a client who never thought they’d
own a home before working with him.
Before making the transition to the real estate space, Steven spent many years as a finance
manager at Fresno Buick GMC and then Selma Auto Mall. His experience in the auto finance
Industry helps him to think outside the box and find creative solutions to get his clients to the
closing table. He is also well established in the community and enjoys connecting people in and
out of the real estate industry.
Steven was named rookie of the year at Western Pioneer in 2021.
Outside of mortgages, Steven is an avid sports fan. If they’re an LA team, Steven is cheering
them on. He is a bilingual (Spanish and English) and a first generation Hispanic American.
Steven is a true foodie at heart and loves checking out new spots with his friends and family.
